Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items being shipped, the shipping zip code, and the method of delivery chosen. UPS Ground shipping rates will be displayed in your shopping cart as you add items.
All orders are assigned tracking numbers after they have been shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address on file. You can quickly track your order by clicking on the link in your e-mail.
Cancellation of Orders/Returns:
Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been allocated at the warehouse or shipped. Our standard return policy applies to all refused items. Items that are refused by the recipient will never incur a restocking fee. Shipping charges, if applied, are non-refundable for refused items or items that were incorecctly ordered through no fault of Senior Care Mall.
Customers will be notified of items on backorder as soon as possible. Backordered items will be shipped UPS Ground separately when available, at no extra cost. We will send you an e-mail notification with your tracking number once the backordered item ships. Items on backorder can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment by contacting our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org

The Malls 100% Satisfaction Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary goal at Senior Care Mall. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept fully refunded returns within 30 days of the invoice date (unless otherwise noted on the web site ) Please review our full return policy details below.
· Returns will be accepted within 60 days of the invoice date. 100% Satisfaction 30 Day Money Back Gaurantee on ALL items. (Except certain open/used hygiene products)
· Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
· Return shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer unless the item has received damaged or shipped in error and a replacement is being requested.
· In the event that a return is accepted beyond the 30 day return period, the following restocking fees will apply: 30-120 days a 20% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 120 DAYS
·NOTE: Item(s) received in non-resaleable condition will include an additional restocking fee depending on the condition of the item (eg. Product is damaged, shows signs of use, has been written on, has missing packaging, parts, or instructions).
Simply call us for items to be returned we will give you an RA (Return Authorization) number. All products must be returned in their original, unmarked retail packaging, with all parts, warranty cards, and instructions. Please ship items in the original shipping container or other standard shipping box to prevent damage when shipping. If shipping the item back in the original manufacturer's retail shipping box, please use a shipping or return label and DO NOT write on the outside of the retail box.
Health and Safety Regulations preclude us from accepting returns on the following items:
· "Opened" packages of disposable incontinence products (eg. diapers, underpads, and wipes)
· "Used" or "Washed" personal textile products (eg. reusable briefs, cloth underpads, bibs, clothing, bedding, and foot pillows)
· "Used" Personal Hygiene products (eg. commodes, urinals, toilet seats, and bath/shower chairs)
· We cannot accept returns of "partial" cases or if any items within the case have been opened or used.
Instructions for Return:
Call us or email us to assist you in returning any of these items.
We recommend shipping your return via UPS, FedEx, or other common courier that tracks shipments, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once the item has been returned and determined to be in eligible condition, you will recieve an email confirmation that a refund has been issued to the credit card on file, less shipping and handling charges (if applicable) and any restocking fees that apply.
