Middle Aged Man Olympics (MAMO) For The Cure
Middle Aged Man Olympics (MAMO) is in its 5th year. Its a group of well, middle aged men, who "compete" in a full day of "grueling" activities each year. The day starts early around 8:30am with a 30 minute fishing derby, and the last event is bowling. Other events are frisbee golf, bocce ball, horseshoes, basketball, a putting competition, and darts. Sponsors are encouraged to donate to the Susan G Komen foundation, and each athlete makes a donation as well. All proceeds are donated by the Kiley family in September at the Susan G Komen Race For The Cure in Boston in memory of Doris Kiley. Its a great day, for a great cause.
