Home Safety Evaluation

This home evaluation created by our Occupational Therapist Tracey Kiley OTR/L will help asses the seniors home safety risk. The evaluation will start you outside the home and then move inside the home for a complete and thorough safety evaluation. After completion of the evaluation you will have the opportunity to make changes in areas identified as safety concerns.
